How reviews are produced

Some reviews on this site are based on my own hands-on use of a machine I own. Others are based on research, including manufacturer specifications, features, warranty information, and owner feedback. Each review states which kind it is.

My experience with a machine reflects my own property, weather, and use. Your results may be different.

Product specifications, features, availability, and prices change. Always confirm the details with the manufacturer or retailer before you buy.

Safety

Snow blowers are powerful machines and can cause serious injury. Always read and follow the manufacturer’s owner’s manual and safety instructions for your specific machine. Never put your hands in the chute or auger housing. Nothing on this site replaces the manufacturer’s instructions.

Clearing snow is hard physical work. If you have a heart condition or other health concerns, talk to your doctor before you do it.
